The Health & Wellness Expo will take place on Friday, March 1, 1pm-3pm at the APM Centre. The following exhibitors have been confirmed:

All exhibits will be in the main hall except Dr. Jamie Burr, who will be speaking on the topic of “Healthy Hearts, Active Seniors” in the room upstairs at 1:10pm. Also, Island EMS will be giving a demonstration on how to use a defibrillator before and after Dr. Burr’s presentation.
The closing banquet will start at 3pm, also in the main hall of the APM Centre. Caterer Trent Desroches will be serving a hot turkey dinner. The ceremony will feature a presentation to this year’s Games Ambassador, Phyllis MacDonald, some words from our supporters, and some door prizes. Comedienne Barb Perry will be closing out the afternoon with some laughs over dessert.
Banquet tickets are $15 for participants and $17 for guests. All tickets must be confirmed by February 26th so get yours when you register.
